Returns are easy for merchandise received in the past 30 days. Please know that unless a mistake was made on our part, the customer bears the responsibility for return shipping. The amount credited back will be for the product's cost only, not for the initial or return shipping costs. Products returned must be in new condition and not used. Customers will receive their refund on the same payment method used to place the order. Additionally, the following restocking fees will be deducted on items returned after 30 days:

• 15% at 31-89 days
• 25% at 90-179 days
• 50% at 180-364 days
• Not returnable for credit after 12 months

Damaged Item

Jarming Collections now offers an "Intact on Arrival" Guarantee. We over pack our glass products in such a way that they will withstand normal parcel transit handling. If you receive a damaged product, please take a picture of the damaged item and the original packaging it came in and e-mail it to Jarmingcollections.com (please include desired settlement). If we agree that it is a valid claim, we will either offer a full refund or replace your order at no cost to you. Please know that you must notify us of the issue within 5 days of receipt.
