    Nice Size for smoothiesI use these for my green smoothies. While a glass straw is not my ideal preference, it's ok. I have some stainless steel straws that are the same size, so if I wanted I could swap them out. But I am careful with them, so they work ok for the size of the straw. I like my green smoothies very thick so the straw are a bit thin and make it difficult to suck up smoothie. It would be nicer if the hole in the lid was larger to accommodate a straw larger in diameter.I do like the fact that these are made of glass and are easy to hold onto. They are just like a quart size canning jar and I don't mind the shape at all. I think it would be nice to have a silicone sleeve on them so that your hands wouldn't get so cold holding onto them.
